4 of our delicious HOMEMADE tortillas filled with freshly cooked and shredded carnitas and topped with shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and chopped onions. Served with HOMEMADE red and green salsa on the side. Flour tortillas available by request. The carnitas is slow cooked pork to allow it to really take in the spices and make it very tender.
