4 of our delicious HOMEMADE tortillas filled with freshly cooked Al Pastor and topped with shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, caramelized onions, cilantro and chopped onions. Served with our HOMEMADE red and green salsas on the side. Flour tortillas available by request. Al Pastor is very slowly cooked pork to allow it to really take in the spices and make it very tender. In the cooking process is also fresh pineapple pieces as well as pineapple juice for sweetness.
